BRUKL documents are required to display compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations for conservation of fuel and power when constructing a property. These are sometimes referred to by local authorities in charge of planning when referring to low carbon policies that may be in force.
Coral Energy is fully accredited, insured and legally compliant to undertake BRUKL calculations from the initial ‘design’ stage of a project through to completion. We understand the complexities of building regulations in this area and can provide you with any help you may require.
Once building is complete, Coral Energy will issue an ‘As Built’ BRUKL report highlighting full compliance as well as an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which will be required for the rental or sale of the property.
